The big American Heart Association’s Tampa Heart Walk is this Saturday and I’m excited to show my support–and let’s be honest, gab with my peeps. My friend Angela put together a team and no question, we wanted to be a part of it.

Cameron and Fiona will be joining us on the walk. Cutie pie twin-os.
The timing seems especially fitting since we gave Dianne (CW’s ma) some love a couple weeks ago down in Sarasota. Her “ticker” was very ornery. She’d had a quadruple by-pass at one point (wowza)…that was a loooong memory in the waiting room. But, the fighter she was, she kept on tickin.
